MTCP Scholarship 2024 from Malaysian Technical Cooperation
Applications are open for MTCP Scholarship 2024 from Malaysian Technical Cooperation. Malaysian technical cooperation helps in the development of Malaysia. The MTCP scholarship is funded by the Malaysian government. Applicants from developing countries are eligible to apply for master's degree programs in Malaysian public and private universities. During the scholarship, you will also gain knowledge and skills that will contribute to the development of the country of Malaysia. IELTS is not required
The MTCP scholarship has been moved to a new website. You can now apply for the MTCP scholarship through the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Program website. It was previously advertised on the Malaysian International Scholarship (MIS) website of the Ministry of Higher Education. The duration of the MTCP scholarship is between 24 to 36 months for a master's degree program. More details about the MTCP Malaysia Scholarship 2024 are given below.

Scholarship recipients will receive:
Full tuition covered.
Allowance worth RM3,500 per month.
One return ticket is paid for.
The stipend of the MTCP scholarship is double that of the MIS scholarship.

Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (excludes Nursing, Medicine and Clinical Pharmacy)
Other areas of study
Agriculture, forestry and fishing
Economics and finance
Education

International relations and political science
Social sciences and humanities
Eligibility Criteria
The scholarship is open to citizens of MTCP recipient countries. Applicant must be a citizen of a developing country.
The age of the applicant at the time of application should not be more than Not more than 45 years.
Applicant must have completed a bachelor's degree with a CGPA of 3.50
English language requirements
IELTS: 6.0
TOEFL: 60 or above
If you have obtained a previous degree(s) with English as the medium of instruction, you can provide proof of English language proficiency.

Recommendations from two referees (Download the template from the MTCP website).
Statement of Intent
Certified copy of academic transcript.
A record of all subjects completed during the study program must be reflected in the academic transcript
Applicants must submit transcripts of their undergraduate studies.
Applicants must submit an official document issued by the applicant's alma mater describing the university's grading system.
If the applicant's transcript does not include information on CGPA, grades, or percentile scores, the documents must be certified.
Curriculum vitae
Certified copy of the English language test result.
Passport copy.
Medical examination report. (The template can be downloaded from the MTCP website).
